- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 20% discount to all military, police, fire fighter, and loyalty consumers. There is a $55 service call fee however, if you hire MWllc Maintence & Repairs this fee will be deducted from your Total bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call our office to schedule an appointment. - A technician will provide an estimate for all work required to complete your project -A $55 service fee will apply. -Upon signing a contract with MWllc Maintence & Repairs your work order will begin. -The initial service fee will be waved & any discounts will be applied to your final bill. -Payment in full is due upon completion of all work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have formal training in HVAC, Plumbing, Electircal, and Appliance Repair for all makes and models. Combined we provide over 30 years of hands on experience.
