- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at a clients home, looking at how dirty/clean, cluttered/organized, & amount of items to move & stationary for dusting/cleaning. I then factor in the amount of time it will take & occurrence client is wanting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for my client to take me around their home, give me details on each room. I take notes while they talk. I let my clients know that I a new local business, I am here to help them/customize my service to their needs. I encourage feedback, questions, & as much details as possible. Such as expectations, kids names & ages, pet names & needs, if I should help with pets while in their home, etc. I want my clients to feel comfortable with me, talk to me & share how they feel about my service, demeanor, constructive criticism if needed, compliments if applicable.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy helping people & like to clean. If I can help families to spend more time together, invite guest, or sell/rent their home, or even help in a recovery situation( like just had surgery/gave birth/hurt yourself) why shouldn't I do that? So here I am!
