I requested an estimate for masonry repair of our courtyard wall from AMC911, and I was extremely impressed with John Cotthaus, the project estimator, and the entire experience. He spent more time evaluating the wall than I expected, but it was very clear he wanted to thoroughly assess the problem and identify the best repair approach rather than just provide a quick estimate. Before leaving, he provided a printed estimate packet that was incredibly detailed and professional. It included color photos of the areas needing repair, a clear explanation of the damage, and a step-by-step outline of the proposed repair plan. What really stood out was that he took the time to explain every page of the estimate in detail, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood exactly what work would be done and why.His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me a great deal of confidence in both his assessment and the proposed repairs. It's rare to find someone who is so thorough and willing to spend the time educating the customer rather than rushing through the process. If the quality of the repair work matches the quality of his inspection and estimate, I have no doubt the results will be excellent.
