- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our work varies depending on the needs of our clients. Sometimes we are just consultants helping them grow smartly. For other clients, we are their lifeline for anything technical. They call us when a computer breaks as well as when they can't figure out how to do something. Most of our work is technical support assisting our clients in making the most of their computers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone with actual experience working on a large number of cases. My background working for a Silicon Valley company servicing almost every big-name company allowed me to see and touch computers all across the country, and experience issues that a small shop would never come across. My team fixed hundreds of computers a day, and we all shared the knowledge we gained.
