- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, the customer pays the cost of a U-Haul truck, and usually $20/hour for 2 employees per move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Introduction followed by trust building. Then prices, and details. After the job is done I politely ask for reviews and keep the connections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been moving furniture for 2 years. Also, moving in and out of my Dorm/Apartment 3 times a year helps a lot!
