Marcus reached out the day I put in the request, with a price. I asked him if he could come by Wed. Morning. He said yes. I thought I could disassemble the frame, but later realized I didn't have the tool to do it. I told him, he said it's ok, I'll do it. He did. I even asked if he could take a desk chair also, he said yes. Great work, quick, knowledgeable, very professional.
