- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No charge until I make a recovery for you. Free consultations. I work on a contingent fee. If I do not make you money, you do not owe me money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with you, meet with you and tell you about your rights. Once you decide we are a good fit, you hire me and I hit the ground running. My job is to do the work for you. You just focus on recovering from your injuries.
