I’ve traveled with CARTE ATLAS to the Riviera Maya, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, and South America, and every trip has been expertly handled. On our trip to Tulum, our flight out of Atlanta was delayed, causing us to miss our reservation at Cenote Calavera. Nicholas quickly pivoted: he got us a fun hotel in Atlanta, refunded our cenote reservation, and rebooked us on the next available flight. He’s quick to respond, every detail is handled, and I come home feeling like a real world traveler.
