I worked with Justin to book my honeymoon cruise in 2020 which ended up getting cancelled due to COVID. He worked with me to rebook and held a voucher for our plane tickets for 9 months till we finally went on the cruise in August 2021. The trip was stress-free thanks to having a responsive, dedicated agent. He coordinated transportation to and from the cruise port and also helped us keep the cost minimal.
