Coach Helen is totally awesome not only does she know what she's doing as far as helping me to begin to move I haven't exercised in many years and I've never been pushed but I knew that she would challenge me and she has done just that in every good way possible her excitement for helping and building women is contagious and not only the physical exercise and movement her knowledge about food and herbs have also enhanced my quality of life I would recommend "she wins ministry" to anyone from a beginner to someone who is an extensive exercise junkie is full of information she lives and walks what she teaches and trains and her personality is beautiful her desire to uplift women it's a beautiful thing to see I would recommend her to anyone handstand
