we charge by the sqft, difficulty and distance. how dangerous job site is. who buys material..

if we only do labor. we expect pay after project is done. if we do labor and buy materials we expect half paid before project starts..

I've been in business for 15 years.. I have a 20 year self experience.. my dad has his own business and my older brother also has his business so I've been around construction all my life.
