Luis did multiple handyman projects over several days to include: install lights under multiple kitchen cabinets on 3 walls;install overhead electric light/fan in bedroom; install solid oak medicine cabinet over bathroom sink;refinish oak table top with stain; patched a hole in bedroom wall sheetrock; repainted multiple doors& trim;checked electric ground problem and disengaged faulty electrical socket; installed 2 motion sensor lights; installed a set of tailgate lights on a utility trailer. To accomplish the above jobs Luis used his extensive skills as an electrician, painter, sheetrock hanger, and carpenter. Luis tidied up his work space as he worked,completed all assigned jobs in a timely manner,and respected our furnishings and floors. Luis is reliable and his prices are reasonable. Luis was always on time, cheerful and pleasant. I highly recommend L&M Remodeling LLC for any job you may require around your home.
