Thank you Travis, prompt courtesy and professional. Never had bed bugs in my life, thanks to Travis, I dont any more. It was a lot of work on our part to prep, he explained everything and we got it done. Our house was upside down and living out of garbage bags, but the bugs are gone. These little critters are worse than roaches, if you don't follow directions you will never get them all. If you think spraying and traps will get them all, think again. Thanks Travis
