I believe nothing is standard. I do believe that I should be honest and fair with every quote I give. I will continue to do the best I can for the best price I can as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer Satisfaction is the first goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just finished my first degree. I have been in customer service business for over 12 years and I see this as a similar line. I have been mowing on and off since I was 5.
