- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a client I try to get "feel" as to who they are as a person especially for weddings. In most cases the design scheme of an event reflects the personal style and taste of the client. I ask questions such as what colors have you selected, have you started a Pinterest board and if so is there a reoccurring theme, etc. This helps me become more in tune with my client as an individual and/or couple and leads to a design that accurately reflects their personal style, taste and or vision.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start my event planning business upon realizing I could use my most prominent talents; project managemnt, decorating and exhibiting hospitality.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My client base is all encompassing! I have worked with high end clients to the DIY bride. It does not matter what type of client it is everyone still receives the same level of high quality customer service, prompt responses, attention to details and most importantly respect!
