Keith did an awesome job on our fence repair! He responded quickly to messages, came out the next day for a quote, and was just great overall to work with. Highly recommend Foster Construction to anyone looking for this type of service. Keith's quality of work and competitive rates can't be beat.
In preparing our home for sale, I contracted them to paint several areas that showed some wear and tear. Not only did they repair all wall surfaces, they repainted many areas that I had not even noticed. They were always prompt, courteous, and extremely conscientious about their work.
I hired S&R Improvements to lay two large concrete pads to support a greenhouse and a storage shed. The work was completed on time, the materials used were top quality and the result was excellent. The crew cleaned up debris daily and at the end of the job. I feel I received good service and quality. I would use S&R Improvements again.
Came very quickly after I said I was interested in getting a quote, and then was able to do all the work after I agreed to price the very next day. Several projects were taken care of -- tile and grout work on kitchen floor and walls, front stairs/porch that was falling apart from broken tile that several other contractors were not able to repair, deck repair from warped boards, and finally pressure washing.
Bordeaux Construction Services did an outstanding job on a water damage repair job for my currently leased home. I believe the price was just right especially for the quick response from Lee. The home had first floor drywall damage caused by a plumbing leak in the 2nd floor master bath. Lee contacted me within 30 minutes of my quote request on Thumtak.com and asked to take a look at the water damage to the property two days later, on a Saturday, in order to provide a quote for the repair. After confirming with the tenant, we solidified the time. I was so happy with the expedited response and his response to me in general on the website that I then explained the problem to the best of my knowledge. I wanted a single general contractor to take care of my problem! It is such a pain dealing with multiple contractors for a repair job. I asked if Lee would could find the leak, repair it and the damaged drywall. He told me he would definitely do his best to fix the problem but he really needed to look at it first. I authorized him to do what he could. When Lee showed up at the property on Saturday, he did just that. He removed the damaged drywall, inspected the master bath plumbing, troubleshot by testing the bathtub plumbing and found the leak. He repaired the plumbing on the spot. He explained to the tenant they needed to allow time for the water in the ceiling to dry and for the repair to cure. On Monday, he called the tenant and asked them to test the repair. All went well and he scheduled the drywall repair two days later. The ceiling is dry wall with knock-down plaster which can be extremely hard to match in the middle of the ceiling. The tenant was extremely happy with the workmanship. I couldn't be more happy with his efforts as a property owner who is currently deployed overseas. He turned a truly stressfull situation for myself and the tenant family into a total success. Thank you Lee!
First, let me say that my experience with Coblentz Construction & Concrete has been entirely first rate and I will definitely put him at the top of my list for future projects. This particular project, a repair/redesign/rehabilitation project for my small dog boarding and training kennel, involved repairing some concrete dog runs and installing some new chain link panels. Sounds simple but it did involve some unforeseen issues. Steve Coblentz stuck with me, was creative and insightful in solving the problems, and flexible in delaying the start by several weeks due to problems with my materials supplier. Neither of us expected to be racing to get done before winter storm Helen struck. (The day we first met to discuss an estimate was a balmy 70 degree day in October.) Despite the delays and additional work added to the original estimate, Steve's pricing adjustments were more than fair. In short, Coblentz Construction & Concrete gets my unqualified recommendation. Matt is a highly qualified mason and a congenial person. His work is professional and he strives to make sure the customer is satisfied with the job he's done. I have recommended him to friends who need masonry repair work done at their home.
In my time of need, Mike was able to jump on my project and take care of everything immediately. Not only did he help me with my water remediation issues, but he was able to strategically advise me on how the insurance process was going to work. He was professional, available at all hours for any questions I had, and he was very easy to work with. All of my problems were resolved in less than a week's time. And my house looks better than new. I cannot recommend him and his crew more highly.
Kyle with GA Renovations did an EXCELLENT job on repairing my bathroom ceiling that had water damage. He provided a very reasonable quote, came on time, repaired everything on 1 afternoon and cleaned up spotlessly. Would recommend his company for any renovation. I've just rehired them for stamp concrete design around my swimming pool. Excited for the summer!
Friendly, knowledgable service. I had my stove exhaust relocated slightly, requiring masonry and drywall work. Project was completed as discussed and the bricks look great (I can barely tell which ones were replaced)! 10/10 would hire again.
My overall experience with On-Point Construction was very good. I had a water line leak under my driveway that required removing a 3 x 22 foot section of driveway. The existing aggregate driveway is 28 years old. There is no way a new strip will match exactly. Mr Batten went above and beyond in trying to match stones, concrete and wood seams. He is personable, thorough and informative. His punctuality and dependability is impeccable. In addition to the repair I had him raise and level a step at the front door. Many thanks to him for the attention to detail he gave this small repair job.
Had a concrete sidewalk area installed approximately 28x4. Overall great job by Brandon. Appreciate the very competitive pricing as well as the quick response in getting the job estimated, scheduled and completed.
