They did an excellent job repairing my ceiling. They were very professional, punctual, and responsive throughout the entire process. The repair was done quickly, and the quality of the work was great.
What I appreciated most was that he took the time to educate me about the area where the leak happened and explained how water leaks can develop and how to help prevent them in the future. That extra level of care and transparency really stood out.
I would definitely recommend Patchboys of Hampton Roads to anyone needing ceiling or drywallrepairs.

The team made easy work of something that while seemingly simple is an art to do well. They patched 10+ places getting it ready for me to paint. They did in one hour what would have taken me several and it wouldn’t look nearly as good.

I needed some drywall and plaster repair for a small section of my house after we had to fix a leaky pipe in the wall. I contacted patch boys. They responded right away and were eager to help. They cane out for a free estimate. I was happy with the price so they came out the very next day to get the job done. The team was professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after them selves. 10/10 recommend for any size project you might have.

The Patch Boys did a great job on a badly damaged drywall ceiling from a water leak, in an apartment with 15-foot ceilings in Hampton. They showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job of repair, and cleaned up their work area so we hardly knew they were there. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
My pro patched up my ceiling (one 4’ strip) smoothly and efficiently. Including a 20 minute drying period, the whole process maybe took 45 minutes. $450 based on estimate provided ahead of time.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is the same for every customer and is created based on the repair needs. This is why we do detailed written proposals. NOT an estimate BUT an exact price in writing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time for your free proposal which usually is 15 to 30 minutes at the most. Come at the scheduled time for the proposal and e-mail to the homeowner. Whether accepted on site or later another e-mail goes out to verify the details and set a time to do the work. A reminder is emailed the day before the work. We always cover the area of the work and clean up when we finish!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Hampton Roads team has over 20 years experience in home improvements and we only hire qualified, experienced technicians and run background checks on all employees.
