- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to walk through the project with the customer. I find it helps me understand their wants as well as gives them insight to what will be going on in and to their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After completing a four year apprenticeship I spent almost 15yrs as a Union tradesman. I have always worked with my hands. From roofing in high school to welding on a construction site.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If something doesn't feel right or look right then you should ask. Its your home and the job shouldn't be done until you are 100% happy with the service you are paying for.
