Pricing is based on square footage and the scope of the job the bigger or more involved the space, the more time it takes, and the quote reflects that. No hidden fees or upsells once we’re on site. New customers get 10% off their first cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation about your space; square footage, how often you want service, and anything specific you care about (pets, allergies, product preferences). From there we send a clear quote, get you scheduled, and follow a consistent checklist on cleaning day so nothing gets missed. We follow up after the first visit to make sure everything meets your standard.

After cleaning for a few families I knew, it grew from there. MLS Cleaning Solutions grew out of seeing, firsthand, how much a clean and well-kept space affects people’s day-to-day life and peace of mind.
