Lee and Tone were amazing! They came immediately and performed beautifully and skillfully. They installed textured PVC siding on my rental house along the lower portion where the existing texture 111 had degraded exactly as I requested them to do. They sawed the old material away and installed the improved material that never rots and it is paintable. They installedtrim and caulked. They installed a bathroom mirror perfectly. I will definitely work with them again. Very detail oriented. Very experienced. They can do anything! Thank you! Rod

Think it was a bigger job than they thought (pressure wash house, driveway, and walkways) but they stuck to their original quote, brought on more help and got it done. We’re happy with the results.

I had a last minute emergency with my home. Chris was willing to stop by my property the same day & check everything out. He worked hard trying to find all the right materials and did a lot of research for me to help the situation. When the materials couldn’t be ordered in time, Chris came up with a proactive solution which helped to solve the issue I was dealing with. This is my first time working with Debbie Does It & I would go to them time and time again due to how professional their service is. Thanks for your help, Chris!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are pretty straight forward with our pricing. With lawn care we can usually quote a price with readily available internet data (the same goes for gutter cleaning and pressure washing). With handyman projects, we're $65 and hour for one tradesman and $95 and hour for a tradesman and an apprentice. In the event we can't manage to get ya a price together via text/phone, we do charge a $35 (fully rebateable) estimate fee.
Our hourly rate is charged from the time of departure from the previous job but ends when we are finished on your particular job. In the event we have to get material for a handyman task, the time and expense is charged to the customer.
There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments (imposed by the credit card processor) that can be avoided by paying in cash, check or ACH transfer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get as much information as we can via text message about the job. We find that having a text record keeps the misunderstandings to a minimum and allows the client to communicate at their leisure. Of course you can call and speak directly with us, but texting is our preferred method.
Once we get the basic customer information and job details, most of the time we can quote you a price over the phone. If we can't work out the details over-the-phone then one of our team members will come out at your earliest convenience to go over the project in detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 30 years in the construction industry. I got my start in exterior and interior renovations at about 14 years old, working for my uncle, owner of Merritt Construction. I moved on to the electrical field where I obtained a Master's License, GENERAC certifications and OSHA certifications and from there got into construction management and certified on the installation of virtually all exterior home coverings.
