- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our prices as fair as possible, its becoming harder in a realistic world with inflation and material costs on the rise, but we do our best to remain fair to the customer and ourselves to stay in business. We also offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on most of the work we perform!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all new customers! You can reach out to us in 1 of 2 ways. 1. You can simply give us a call and someone will get your name and job location info to come out in person and answer any questions you may have about your masonry issues. or 2. You can simply text us and/or send a picture of the requested area you may have questions about along with a simple description of what you are looking to have completed, and someone will get back to you within 15 minutes or less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Luke Smiley was raised in the Masonry industry by his father, Wayne Smiley, who was very successful with his Masonry company and passed down all his business core values onto Luke.
