This was my first time using Plumber on Demand, and I can assure you it will not be my last. In fact, before Gerald had even completed the job I was questioning him about another project that I need to address… not a problem for him. He took a look at the future project and presented me with options on the spot to consider. my pricing is very reasonable and affordable. There are no hidden fees like most big companies. I am very big on customer service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a job lead, I reach out to customers right away to put them on the schedule the same day if possible. You can also schedule a day and time that suits your needs. I will come out to assess the issue and give a solution and estimate. If the estimate is accepted, the $65 trip fee will be waived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master Plumber license and over 17 years experience.
