When I used this site to ask for a quote, she was the first person to return my call - almost before I'd hung up the phone. She came the same day to give me an estimate, and did the job the next day. After meeting her and seeing her in person, I didn't bother to call any other vendors. I knew that based on her personal presence and bearing that I wanted her to do the job. Nor, did I question her quote because I've learned that very, very rarely is cheap less expensive than good. And, I'm happy to say that all my beliefs and intuitions about Victoria and her work were born out. The work is wonderfully well done. And, she is a super person.
