- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Bartenders continually refresh them selves on the newest trends in the industry, some competing in bartending competitions, some keeping abreast using BarSmarts events and online education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a bartender for 13yrs, I love the work, but having a family I wanted to do what I love in another capacity. Relocating to VA I soon realized that Virginians have a lot of private events, I jumped at the opportunity. My team are a group of resident Virginia bartenders that love their work also, and we all enjoy working private events, sometimes more than clubs/bars/grills.
