Commonwealth Heat was very responsive, providing the service the next day after I decided to move forward with the project. Heated my entire upper floor and took several photos of the heat gun on various surfaces to prove the temperatures that were reached. He was willing to do a partial house where other local DC companies insisted on doing the whole house. My only caution to others about this process is that things get pretty hot (some surfaces as high as 180)--certainly enough to take care of the bed bugs and infiltrate -- but also deformed a couple of light switches, blinds and part of the window frame where the duct came in the house.

James was very professional. He was the exterminator for my rental property. He took the time to explain everything he did. Price is reasonable. I would definitely refer James to family & friends.

Man this guy is awesome hands down 5 star job. Great person as well he really cares about his customers and what they are going through. I literally was on the phone with him for over an hour just asking questions telling him my situation and he really didn't mind just a down to earth guy.
