Coach X has definitely been a great trainer to work with. Not only did he help me realize that the way I was working out before was unhealthy, he also helped me to change my expectations and bad habits at the gym. Additionally, he worked with me to change my eating habits, which is very important to fix considering I'm a college student. When I injured my back, he adapted the workouts to not only make sure I wouldn't get hurt again but also to strengthen the areas around the affected area. Now that I'm back at school, he still makes sure I'm hitting the gym and maintaining good health. He sends me workouts when requested and I send him feedback on those workouts and everything else. Definitely love working with him and can't wait to get back in Thanksgiving and pick up where we left off!
I would highly recommend Craig and FSR Fitness to anyone looking for a dependable trainer. In the last couple of months of working with Craig I've definitely seen a noticeable difference in muscle tone and increased strength. Have a mobile trainer is great for me because I am easily intimidated by the gym and all of the equipment. Craig is able to show me the proper form and technique so I am confident to master the machines and my workout when training solo. I would highly recommend his services to all levels of fitness and ability.

First, Let me just say I love the service Glatter Fitness provides so much I did a video testimonial! I am in the best shape of my life, I am happier, healthier, and stronger. I never really put much stock in strength training (weights and kettlebells) as a method to lose weight for fear it would make me "bulky" but it is actually quite the opposite. I have lost weight, I am stronger than I ever thought possible, and have lowered some health risks, which before starting were an issue for me. Michael always answers questions I have rather knowledgeably. He is far more knowledgeable than some other personal trainers I have encountered and can even provide me a source for the information he gives. If you are willing to put forth the hard work, actually come and work out, and follow his food guide, you will make improvements. I went from doing push ups on my knees to being able to do one hand push ups. I can lift weights in excess of 150 pounds. I have a smaller waist size and far better endurance. As far as accessibility, he does not limit when you can come, which I love. He has 5 class times throughout the day so it allows for flexibility. I don't foresee any time in the future where Glatter Fitness will not be in my life. When I say I am in some of the best shape of my life, I mean it in every way possible. I owe all this to Glatter Fitness!
Work out with Linnard for about a year after he opened up his new gym. Found him to be a great motivator and a good friend in time. Experienced exceptional results with weight loss and toning. Would certainly recommend him to others.
I have been struggling to get a good workout from years. I have joined various gyms, took some racquet sports; personal training etc..but nothing quite worked out for me. Catherine changed my outlook completely. She listens to my body and what I want. She made me look at my body holistically. To focus on toning and feeling good. Not on losing weight. I can eat whatever I want being a foodie but make right choices as well. She is very creative and a good listener. She does her homework before evrry work out. She has lot of creative plans that focuses on every single part of the body. Every time she surprises me by bringikg amazing types of exercises. I enjoy them thoroughly. She pushes me to see how far I could go. She has taught me to not to treat work out as a punishment. I can totally see changes in my body. I look more toned and feel good and healthy. Its been just two months but I see the results already. She is awesome. I would recommend her highly. I am very lucky that she is my trainer.
I've played sports my whole life, even went to college to play soccer. Then I transferred schools and basically quit working out... I knew I had potential, but I needed someone to push me to my limits, which is when a friend brought me to KJ. It was early mornings with a lot of sweating and complaining on my part, but KJ helped make it worth every second and every penny I spent. He's the best trainer and the greatest guy to work with. In 7-8 short weeks I lost a good amount of body fat, gained muscle mass, and felt like a new person. KJ is fun to work with, keeps you motivated, pushes your limits and leads you to great results!

I've been going to Joe for about two months now and I abosulutely love my sessions. We do weight lifting and my favorite part, boxing. He is extrememely passionate, not only about fitness in general, but also about his clients and their personal successes. Also, his schedule is extremely flexable which allows me to always get my sessions in each week.

This is the best gym in Richmond. My son and I started going there and after a few months I noticed my son was building confidence along with learning the rights and wrongs of how to work out in a gym. I enjoy the group training with a personal trainer. The trainer pushes you and the group is always there to give support. When you walk in it's like you are part of a great family. The staff is great and the environment is top notch. Anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape or try new things like kick boxing or jujitsu this is the gym to join.
Joined M2 Fitness for the Summer and it was great! The owner and the staff were all so friendly and eager to help. They came up with different exercises for me every time I told them of a new goal I wanted to reach and also have a daily workout planned anytime I did not know what to do. The gym has great new equipment and is not over crowded like many gyms I have joined in the past.
DLR Professional Development Services has done an exceptional job with helping my business "Body Waxing By Roz" get set up to open for business. DLR set up my signature pad to work along with a document I created for my clients to fill out before their appointments. In addition, he made my document into PDF format, so my clients could complete the form online. He also, added check boxes for yes and no questions, made highlighted boxes that disappear when you answer the questions, and anything else I decided to do with my document. He freed up time for me to work on other things for my business. I definitely will be using him again. Thank DLR!
