I enjoyed their service the tech was honest and professional although he was unable to get all the pet hair up he did a wonderful job cleaning my sectional. It looks almost new and they discounted the charged for the pet hair.

I contacted Voda for carpetcleaning. I was provided an estimate for the job and called to confirm. Angel told me she had to check the back office for the appointment because she did not see one. I was never called back and when I called to follow up, she said nothing was scheduled.

Showed up cheerfully when promised even after working until midnight the night before. Explained everything carefully. Completely erased the red wine stain and made the whole carpet look brand new as promised.

My sister's place was destroyed. Cam was not phased and took control immediately. He had a great bedside manor and an even more impressive work ethic as the job was completed before schedule. I absolutely would recommend Voda over any of the commercial big names because they are down to earth and they relate and care about the people.
