FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on location. This will ensure the fairest price for you and me. I want you to feel good about the investment you need to make into your home. We need to fix the issue. You also need to feel good about the money you just spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First-time customers have to pay a one-time "establishment fee". This is just a half down payment of the service price. When the job is complete, we just finish the payment. This "fee" is not anything extra. It is just to establish who you are and to establish who I am. Example- If the service fee is $70 to come out and fix the issue (material cost not included in the service fee), you pay $35. If a motor is bad, you pay the total at the end of the service. So you would pay the $35 (of the initial service fee, motor cost, and any additional time labor we agree upon beforehand) No surprise cost or bills. If you didn't agree to it. You don't pay for it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
