I read magazines and subscribe to various websites for tech advice software developments and new items
- What types of customers have you worked with?
FIle defrag, software installs , file deletions some hardware installs. No screen damage type jobs. Will refer proper repair if I cannot complete it myself. first contact wil be over the phone repair attempt. Some preventative measures will be taught
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have transportation issues and I will attempt to solve problem via e-mail. And will also attempt to help customer learn about some self fixes they can do them selves
