FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common services I've performed are virus, malware and spyware removal, pc maintenance, hardware & software upgrades along with memory upgrades...
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to always remember you can tell a tree by the fruit it bears. With that being said, you want to check for professionalism, do they offer complete information or is it round about sentences? Always get a second opinion so you don't pay for unnecessary services and parts. Make sure you have an invoice for what you expect to pay them for and obtain a name and number to reach them. Never pay until after the work has been completed and you have checked it for yourself. By your own parts unless you are confident the technician is trustworthy otherwise make sure the parts you purchased are installed by the technician showing you. Your technician should always be willing to inform you of what the problem was and show you how to do simple fixes or at least offer that option to you.
