Louis responded almost immediately to my thumbtack request. He was very polite during our phone conversation and helped walk me through the steps I needed to back up my computer to ensure I wouldn't lose valuable data. That would be virus removals and PC-TUNE UPs. On an almost daily basis we are contacted by customers whose computer is either really slow or infected with a virus. And surprisingly a lot of the slow performing computers we encounter are not Virus laden and simply need a quick tune-up, such as deleting unnecessary programs, clearing temp files and so on. And that is a service we offer for only $29.95 and takes less than 1hr, but if your machine is infected with viruses we can eradicate them for only $69.95 in as fast as 2hrs or less!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do they guarantee and warranty their work?? We offer warranties on all of your products and services free of charge to our customers.
