I wanted data transferred from my older pc to a brand new one. I wanted the data separated into music, pics, and documents. For some reason, he said he couldn't separate the types of data, it would all be transferred as one giant file onto the new desktop. This would then make me spend hours trying to resort the data into the proper programs. I even asked if he could just transfer my music only from my old iTunes library into an empty iTunes library on my new pc and he couldn't do that. This has left me scratching my head.
