It was a very pleasant and positive experience. Chanda welcomed my "Baby" and made her feel very comfortable. She was very gentle and caring towards my pet and "Baby" looked beautiful after her grooming. Truly, a very positive experience for both me and my pet!

This was the best experience! I got a response within minutes. My pet was able to be serviced right away. She looked better than I ever expected! The business was clean , well maintained and most of all it was professional. The time and extra care along with just pure patience my pet received was simply extraordinary! An unforgettable experiece! This company is highly recommended! If you think you have found the best groomer in the Richmond area for your pet, you my want to reconsider. CC's is the best groomer for you picky pet owners out there.

Absolutely fantastic service. Chanda is very knowledgeable and courteous. She introduced my Shitsu puppy to his first grooming experience and he looks and smells fabulous!!! Clean facility and reasonable rates. Can't beat it!!!

This place is GREAT! My baby(Mikey) loved Chonda and her assistant. Mikey was soo good. He usually cries the whole time anyone is cutting his nails. He hardly made a noise with these ladies. I am soooo impressed!!!!!!!
