FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mobile grooming is a luxury service and can cost roughly 20-50% more than shop prices. Mobile groomers take less dogs in a day in order to provide a high quality personalized service for your pet. In a typical salon setting, groomers will be working on multiple dogs at the same time, answering phones, and checking clients in and out. With mobile grooming, your dog will receive one-on-one attention with no distractions, no other dogs, and will never go in a kennel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask that all potential clients review my pricing, services, and policies before submitting a booking request. If you have any questions prior to booking, don’t hesitate to contact me! As part of the booking process, you will be asked to fill out a form with all of you and your Pooch’s information and I will give you days that I am available in your area. At your first appointment, I’ll look over your dog and we will go over what type of service or haircut you want!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
