With a background in touring & recording, I thoroughly enjoy teaching others. Additionally, I am a certified instructor for Remo & UCLA's "Beat The Odds" program, a course that blends drumming with social/emotional learning exercises.

Mr. Taylor is fantastically funny and kind, but most of all I am blown away at how patient he is. Our daughter loves getting the 1-1 attention and looks forward to her lessons. They are good at goofing off in a way that builds the relationship and then reeling it back in for drumming and learning. Taylor is super professional and easy/enjoyable to work with -- for both the parents and the kiddos.

Taylor is by far the greatest Drum instructor we have ever come across! I love his enthusiasm for teaching when it comes to my child, my daughter had zero experience coming into drum lessons, and she has gain SO much knowledge from her lessons with Taylor. She can actually play a solid beat and break down now. He makes learning how to play fun, and also has a way of connecting with his students where they can learn at their own pace. Totally recommended!!

After identifying musical goals & interests, we will hit the ground running! From beginners to seasoned drummers, I will meet each student where their skills are while encouraging them to push towards their goals. All the while, we will have fun & share a few laughs.
