- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to tell you everything that is included in each package so that nothing is hidden from you and no extra fees are tacked on. I use a platform called Honeybook to get you setup so that you can easily pay online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client/couple will reach out and once they do then I send a few questions back to get to know them , how they met, the proposal, or if it's for headshots, a little about the project. Then if the client is still interested I will set up a time to either Facetime, or meet in person. If the person feels like we are a good fit I will send a contract over via Honeybook which is the platform I use for clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied art at James Madison University, with a concentration in photography. I have taken countless workshops, been mentored by some of the industry's best, and have many weddings under my belt. I am constantly trying to learn more and better my skills. In order to serve my clients best I believe I must always be learning, growing and changing.
