- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with everyone's budget if possible, I won't push a product if it doesn't make sense monetarily.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer a quick chat maybe 5 or 10 minutes to see if my services are a good fit first. Then we can set up the next appointment to discuss products, costs, etc., either by phone, office visit, or home visit. It is totally up to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a life/health and annuity licence in the state of VA
