Our trainers include the following: * Co-owner, Derek Tresize, certified through the American Council on Exercise, who also holds a BS in biology and a certificate in plant-based nutrition through Cornell University. He strives to help clients improve health, build muscle and functional strength and lose fat through focusing on a plant-based diet, free weight and calisthenic exercise. He has coached competitive bodybuilders, weight loss contest champions, and many individuals looking to improve their health and fitness. * Laura Stevens, ACSM certified personal trainer, specializing in boot camp style and body weight routines. Laura is soon to be a certified yoga instructor. Our per session cost ranges from $45 - $60, with a special introductory package of three sessions for $99 (buy one get one free). I've been working with Derek for 2 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with both the working relationship as well as the results. I've lost 60+ pounds of fat and gained 20+ pounds of muscle on a vegan diet. With Derek, he just points me in a direction, and I execute the plan. If you have the opportunity to work with him and don't, you would foolish.

If you're looking for results in weight loss and bodybuilding these guys are the ones. My overall strength increased, body fat decreased, and muscle mass increased. They are really good at explaining what you need to do throughout your training period. I truly recommend Vegan Muscle and Fitnesd

Derek played a big part in changing my life. I went from being overweight and having high blood pressure to absolutely shredded, super healthy and full of energy! He's such a nice guy and has a great energy to be around which really came in handy for my own motivation! He's one of those trainers that not only looks like a cover-model but he also has a deep knowledge about fat-loss, muscle-buidling and nutrition! Listen to this guy and follow what he says and you will reach your goal.

I am 61 years old and have never, ever stuck with an exercise program....until now. I have been seeing Derek Tresize for a year now and (twice and week) and love the results. I look good, feel great, and I keep going back. It's not easy. It takes commitment, but Derek is very supportive and encouraging. He does make you work, but he also listens. Before Derek I was overweight, smoked, high cholesterol and triglycerides. Now my counts are better than ever. I swear to you, if this lazy ass can do you, anyone can.
