Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. I do everything from interior to exterior; from roof to lawn. If you require a service that is outside of my area of expertise, I have an established network of reliable and affordable contractors with excellent references. Customers love one-stop shopping!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Customers should always check credentials. To check to see if your contractor is licensed, visit http://www.dpor.virginia.gov/regulantlookup. To verify that your contractor is insured, ask to see his/her insurance card.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. When most customers request a service, they forget about the "incidentals" that are included in the final price. For instance, if I need to remove leaves from your property, I have to include in the final price the cost of my labor, the number of trips to the landfill that will be needed to remove the leaves, the cost of the landfill fee, and gas.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I face a special challenge: Meeting customer needs while remaining economically competitive. In spite of the economy, I maintain a loyal clientelle and a high rate of referrals because I believe there can be no substitute for high-quality personal interaction and affordable perfection.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The best part of my job is the opportunity to interact with my clients.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Typically, most customers are interested in receiving a quality service for an affordable price. So, most customers want to know if my prices are negotiable. And, of course, all prices are negotiable!
