Robert was professional and did a great job photographing our employees right in our office. We wanted headshot pictures for our staff and needed them done quickly. Robert responded to our request and scheduled the shoot within a couple of days. The pictures turned out great and he gave us the final edited photos before he left. The entire process only took about 2 hours and was very efficient by him coming to us and was not disruptive in any way to the office. He was willing to come back to get photographs of employees that were not here on the day of the shoot. Good job!

I would suggest having meeting location agreed upon before the scheduled time, not asking the parent of the child being photographed to help out with holding equipment and all expetations met that are promised before hand like mask wearing. The photographer did not have a mask on and had his child with him who was sneezing and rubbing snot on his clothing during the session. I only was introduced to the child after I initiated by saying hello and the photographer stated that he brought his apprentice along, who was not masked either. There was a lot of other photography going on at the same time so for my child to have to interact in such close parameters made me uncomfortable being that the photographer was not masked. We arrived a couple minutes early and was told where to meet, but the photographer was confused about which entrance was the main one and we ended up having to completely circle around to meet him where he was, even though he was not at the location stated. My child is new to photography and there was no direction on posing or facial expression until I started to speak up and direct my child myself to make her more comfortable. I also found it strange to ask the customer to hold equipment during the session. We asked for headshots, but out of the photos provided, 2 of them were not headshots, but full body shots and a few had no retouching as agreed upon.

Brian did an excellent job with my portrait headshots. His professionalism and expertise made the shoot very easy for me from the start. I was very impressed with his work quality and overall professionalism. I did not have any portrait experience prior to working with Brian, but he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. He offered sound advice on how to utilize my eyebrows, facial expressions, and body language to maximize the emotion captured in the photo. He also provided great advice on which wardrobes worked best during the shoot. Overall, it was a privilege to work with Brian and I would highly recommend him.
