I am the founder of Rising Rooted Yoga & Herbal Apothecary and author of Beauty By The Seasons: Grow, Gather, and Heal with Wisdom from Our Ancestors.
As a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Kemetic Yoga Instructor in Healing Racial Trauma & Inner Alchemy, and Herbalist my fluid teaching style is grounded in my Blue Ridge Mountains roots. I am passionate and committed to healing “in community” through plant medicine, breathe work, and movement. I encourage my clients to embrace their unique flow in life; mind, body, and soul nourishment - on and off the mat.
