- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation: Have a conversation with the customer to understand their cleaning needs, preferences, and expectations. Walkthrough (if needed): May conduct a walkthrough of the home to assess the scope of work and identify any areas that may require special attention. Quote and booking: Based on the initial consultation and walkthrough, provide a quote that outlines the cleaning services to be provided, the schedule, and the cost. Scheduling: Once the booking is accepted, we assign a cleaner, and schedule the cleaning appointment with the customer. Cleaning: On the scheduled date, the cleaner/s will arrive at the customer's home and perform the cleaning services as agreed upon in the quote. Follow-up: After the cleaning, the service provider follow up with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and address any concerns or issues that may have arisen.

Highly trained as a housekeeper because of my young children ^_^ I also work with hardworking, honest, and qualified individuals to clean my customers' homes.
