At Big Boat LLC, I provide transparent estimates based on the project size, materials, and prep work needed, like addressing peeling paint or restoring historical homes. No hidden fees, and I offer discounts for larger projects or repeat customers when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by visiting the site to assess the project, discuss the customer’s needs, and provide a detailed estimate for costs and timeline. Once approved, I prep the surfaces thoroughly, apply high-quality paint, and keep the customer updated until the job’s complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got 13 years of hands-on painting experience, starting with restoring historical homes in Richmond and Petersburg, mastering techniques like surface prep and period-appropriate finishes, and now also tackling modern homes with Big Boat LLC.
