Bill and his crew were spectacular!!!! They arrived on time. Once Bill assessed the job and gave a reasonable quote, they got right to work. I sat on the front porch and watched as they removed item after item from the backyard of our new-to-us 1892 home. Items that we found in the attic, that we accumulated during renovation, and items that previous renters of the home had installed in the backyard (a huge punching bag stand held by cement in the ground. WHAAA?) I don't think the guys were at our house a good 30 mins before our space was clear of all debris. Efficient, friendly, punctual = win!!! I'd definitely use them again. :D

Junk-King was on time and very professional. The Associates looked at the items that I wanted removed, provided a quote, I agreed on the quote, and the staff went straight to work. I was looking for peace of mind the that items would be out within a reasonable timeframe. The Junk King fulfilled that desire, and reduced the anxiety of the whole “get rid of the junk and where does it go” dilemma.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the amount and type of junk we remove— we look at how much room your junk will take up in the truck and we’ll also look to see if you have any e-waste or other pieces that require special handling. Our prices are upfront and include all labor and disposal fees.
We take things like old furniture, appliances, yard debris, TV’s, hot tubs, even construction materials — just about anything! We are fast, affordable and eco-friendly. We try to recycle and donate as much as possible from every job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our simple process starts the moment you get in touch with us. We offer a fair estimate and upfront pricing — no worries about hidden fees.
About 15 - 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we call to let you know we’re on the way. When we arrive, just show us the junk that needs to be removed, and we’ll get to work. We’ll take care of the loading, cleaning and trash removal so that you’ll get the results you want without the headache (and backache!) of doing the heavy work yourself!
After the job, we will collect payment and immediately email you a receipt for your records.
From start to finish, you can feel comfortable with the process and relieved to have real professionals handling the task.
