A+ Landscaping & Pressure Washing

James made time for a pressure wash cleaning on short notice, rolled in a day early even and did an outstanding job - our house is literally sparkling. On top of that, he threw in a deep cleaning of the walk way around our house which had never looked so clean since we moved in. Highly recommended!

James and his crew are great! His price was very reasonable and his work ethic was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with his work. Great personality too.

James came out when he said he would and was very professional, but his zero-turn mower wouldn't go through the gate to my backyard. Pressure washing of gutters, soffit, fascia and porch. James did an excellent job. He contacted me quickly and was here to provide quote and do the work at time promised. Chimney was hard to clean at very top but he stuck with it until it was clean like new again. Soft wash did excellent job preserving the paint. Will call upon him again .

I called A+ because I needed a flower bed cleaned out that was just full of ivy and every type of weed imaginable. The flower bed was about 9 railroad ties long (alot of work). With and extended flower bed extending along the fence The guys knocked it out in quickly. Trenched the flower bed( the part not outlined with the railroad ties) which was exactly what we wanted. We can now actually use the flower bed for its intended purpose. The best part was there was some mulch left over James knocked on the door and said you have some mulch left over we can do the front also if you'd like. Only expecting 1 bed to be completed that day it ended up being 2 plus my mailbox area and the crate murtle. The quote was great the work was great. The staff was very knowledgeable. I wanted to do more work like cut down a 12 foot holy bush, but as James explained due to the timing it would be best to wait until the fall to cut that down to our satisfaction. Over all we are very pleased with outcome. We give it the overall A+.

On my schedule day he never showed and never got a call. I texted and got a response that they thought they texted me and was sorry they had equipment troubles and would be out the next day. That day came and went. I texted him and he said he was coming at 7 am saturday. I told him that was to early to come and I was having a ton of family over that day so it wouldn't work. I said we would have to reschedule for next week or just skip. He said it would be a extra cost. This was not my fault that he has equipment issues. So i told him I guess I had no choice and to come. But that would be the last cut for the season. He texted me at 10 pm and woke me up to tell me he was canceling services. That is no way to conduct business. Keep up that way and you'll never have a successful business.

James was very nice to work with....always prompt with returning my calls. He and his crew did a great job aerating, dethatching and seeding our lawn. I'd definitely hire him again if need be.

I almost never write reviews but really wanted to in this case. I called A+ yesterday around 1:00pm for power washing after being strung along by another company who didn't show up for 3 days. I talked to James and explained the need to have my house washed ASAP. He came over shortly afterwards to give me a quote. James and his crew came back the same afternoon and did an incredible power washing job! Price was as quoted. Will be having A+ come back for landscaping.
