- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When Comparing our quotes with our competitors, be sure to ask about their travel/fuel fees, staffing fees, service charges, etc. Their quotes are never final, until you ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always approach every event of any size the exact same way. We ask “What do you want, and how do you envision your event?” Once you recognize that, we simply make that happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
