I would give the experience a 10/10. Rob did amazing! Through the whole experience he was very flexible with time and very professional and nice. I had a good time taking pictures with him. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees. My pricing is what you initially see. I’ve worked really hard to get the equipment that I have and I hope you can respect that as much as I respect and expect to give my 100% to give you the quality content that you are looking for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to make my costumers feel safe and comfortable. Particularly in a situation where they’re having their pictures taken from a stranger. I try to get an idea of what they’re looking for by asking questions and always making sure the material meets their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Communications with a minor in film production in college for three years. I still haven’t graduated due to personal reasons. I took various photography courses along those years at the university and worked with 3 different companies as part of my internship programs.
