Very diligent perfectionist cleaner. The house and area around it looks better than it has for a long time.Trouble getting together initially, but arrived the next day as promised. Very pleased with his work!

David power washed our house just two days after our initial request. He stayed longer than expected to make sure that the job was well done. Our siding looked brand new afterward and our gutters showed the biggest transformation. He also cleaned our white rocking chairs for us. We will definitely be using him next time we need our house power-washed.

Dave communicated great, arrived on time. He went right to work did exactly as he said he would. He got 90% of the old paint and flakes off, my house is bright white, and all the moss has died and started to fall off. It was a little weird with still having moss left on the roof after he was done but, he killed it so it died and did not spread. If he just washed it off the spores would continue to grow and spread. I returned the next morning and the moss was already shriveling up and blowing off. Very happy, only minimal paint chipping left and everything is clean. I will definitely work with Dave in the future again.

What a pro!!! This company pressure washed our roof, brick house, driveway and even paid attention to windows and extra things that he saw. Itโs impressive these days to find someone who does more than is expected.

Power washed the deck, porch, and the house, and did a fantastic job. The house hasn't been this clean since it was purchased! Highly recommend their service!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every house is different, Its tough to maintain a uniform price list. Especially with thumbtack, because I am typically sending blind estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After they agree to hire me, I ask for the home address and email address. I always offer my clients an electronic invoice so they can work while I clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA 10 Certified, and am a member of the PWRA. I try and stay up on the latest techniques so I can provide my customers with the best service.
