- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential: Our rental rate is 8% to 10% of the rental rate. We determine the percentage based on the condition and number of properties we will manage for you. There is a minimum $100 charge per month for every property we manage. Your first payment is due once a resident signs their lease and pays their first month’s rent and security deposit. Commercial and Association: Pricing differs depending on the scope of work and size of property. Please call us today for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we ask prospective owners to go to our website and fill out a form detailing information about themselves, their unit(s) and their requests. We then like to meet over the phone to go over everything they've submitted and what our team can offer. Once that has taken place, our team drives by a few of their properties to get an idea for the current state, current tenants, etc. and drafts up a list of recommendations to do before transferring the property over. If both parties are okay with everything, our team then sends over an official contract with a checklist detailing all of the information we will need to make the transfer official.
