Twilight photography is created at sundown and can capture some of the best features, they have a very inviting look. Weather permitting.

All photography is handled by Maria Degtiarenko and includes post production, 24 hour turn-around, and a link to a private proofing page where one may view and download the photos. All pricing includes limited license for the purpose of marketing the property for sale by the client who contracted the photography. Billing is through Inly (all credit cards accepted) or other methods specified above.
Ethics Statement
I perform post-production work on all photos. While I do my best to make sure the photos are an accurate and ethical representation of a home, I also use techniques to enhance the photos to look their best.
If at any time you are uncomfortable with a photo, you may always request the original, unretouched photo to determine if the photo ethically and accurately represents the home. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the photo is an accurate representation.
Scope of Services
I complete all of the photo shoots and provide a 100% money-back guarantee on every shoot. By contracting for a shoot with me, you agree that I, Maria Degtiarenko, retain all ownership rights to the photos taken and may use the photos on my website, to advertise my services, or for any other means. I grant the rights to real estate agents and homeowners contracting my services to use the photos taken during a shoot in connection with selling the home (show on MLS, your website, etc) or for advertising a rental property.
